- ➤ Today, the U.S. Forest Service announced that prescribed burns in McCloud within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest will begin to reduce wildfire hazards and will continue through Friday. - ➤ Drivers on Edith Avenue and Airpark Drive in Redding face intermittent traffic control through Dec. 19 for the REU Electric Vault Upgrade Project — crews work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the day and 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. at night to install conduit and replace vaults.
