- ➤ New data shows that in August the median home price in Shasta County rose to $375,000—up 7.1% from July—while single-family homes sold for $373,250 and condos dropped to $475,000; three single-family homes sold for $1 million or more and overall recorded sales increased by 5.9% from August last year.
