- ➤ A coalition led by Arch Collaborative will apply for state grant funds to build a new behavioral health campus on a 20-acre site in Shasta Lake—Signature Healthcare Services will run the facility to reduce ER visits by offering walk-in help, outpatient care, inpatient services, and medical detox programs.
