- ➤ Caltrans announced that the joint seal replacement project for the I-5 ramp at Cottonwood Creek Bridge south of Redding is postponed until spring due to delays in fabrication—motorists will face long-term lane closures on Friday nights through Sunday mornings when construction begins.
