- ➤ Redding Rodeo week kicks off today as the 78th Annual Rodeo debuts its first launch party inside the arena, replacing the traditional steak feed to boost family attendance. - ➤ On April 29, the Mangas family met Pope Leo in Rome when the pope gave a blessing meant for Redding following a request from Janet Mangas.
