- ➤ Redding’s Lao, Thai and Cambodian communities will host LTC New Year celebrations at a small Buddhist temple on Rebecca Lane (Sunday, April 19 at 10 a.m.). The event will feature traditional dance, food, and water splashing to wash away old luck. ShastaScout
