- ➤ On Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., Ben Swim of Anderson reported finding the Asphalt Cowboys loot at the Tesla charging station in Turtle Bay, earning him a $500 reward while officials on Wednesday reduced the reward to $400 and issued clues to identify a lone stranger and an accomplice. KQMS
- ➤ On Tuesday morning May 13, 2025, the Lone Stranger and their sidekick robbed Bob's Liquors on Hartnell Avenue in Redding by using a sign that said Give me the loot or it's Pooh on you — authorities recovered the cash and are urging locals to help identify the suspects. KRCR

- ➤ The 77th Annual Redding Rodeo launched its four-night event on Wednesday with a Native American Appreciation Night that showcased traditional native dances and cultural regalia by members of Redding Rancheria — the sold out kickoff marks a new tradition as family night is scheduled for today — drawing a full crowd for every night.
